The building and rooms were nice with air-conditioning. Each room had a fridge, coffee/tea making equipment, and a dining area. The place is located near everything, including a convenience store and a supermarket, making it easy to access everything.

Location adjacent to a four day hike and the city centre of Kutaisi. 15 minutes walk to a reconstructed 11th-century cathedral...

The three ladies who own this property are very nice! They were very accommodating and gave us a welcome drink and prepared special Georgian sweets. The room was larger than expected, with great facilities including a dining table, sofa, big refrigerator, and microwave. It was impeccably clean! Definitely will choose to stay here again.

Merkaz Hotel Kutaisi is the nicest place to stay when traveling to Kutaisi. The hotel was fantastic thanks to its helpful staff. The setting is marvelous and super, near cafés and bars.

Well, this hotel was a great choice! I got to enjoy free WiFi, a lovely garden with a sun terrace, and even rented a bike and a car. And to top it all off, they charged me for the pleasure of taking their airport shuttle. How thoughtful!

Oh, how delightful it was to struggle finding a kettle and a terrace, and only discover on my own that Gelati Monastery was just 9 km away. Truly, an unforgettable experience.

The apartment was mind-blowing - super clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was jaw-droppingly convenient, close to all the sites. The owner was absolutely LOVELY and even though she didn't speak English, communication was a breeze with the translate app. She provided a reasonably priced airport transfer, which was a huge plus.
